FRANKLIN, WI-United Financial Group Inc. has modified the housing development plan for 22.6 acres of land in Franklin to house the proposed Meijer store and plans 132 market-rate units and 154 senior apartments. The project will expand the Appleton-based company's Foresthill Highlands Senior Community.
The site is located north of West Puetz Road. The newly proposed plan comprises 130 senior apartments and 4 townhouses with a 24 senior apartments. Construction is expected to start in 2013. For the full story, go to Business Journal Serving Greater Milwaukee .
