Cushman executives commenting on the process are Tara Stacom, vice chair; Michael Rotchford, executive vice president; and Louis Wolfowitz, executive director. The three touched on: working with the Port Authority of New York and New Jersey, Larry Silverstein and the Durst Organization.

They also shed light on the signing of Conde Nast, which is the marquee tenant of the space at One World Trade Center, which is about 55% leased. Their work won them REBNY's Most Ingenious Deal of the Year award earlier this year.
