Developers to Raze Seven Buildings to Make Way for New Center

SAVANNAH, GA-The Savannah Morning News reported that developers are planning to demolish seven buildings in Savannah to construct a larger commercial center that will house a big-box retailer and a 117,000-square-foot Kroger.

SAVANNAH, GA-The Savannah Morning News reported that developers are planning to demolish seven buildings in Savannah to construct a larger commercial center that will house a big-box retailer and a 117,000-square-foot Kroger. The approximately 24-acre site is situated across Mall Boulevard.

The paper reported that a Kroger supermarket, a mini-storage compound, a Days Inn hotel and retail office center situated behind the Kroger will be razed down to make way for a new commercial center. For the full story, go to Atlanta Business Chronicle .
