LONDON-Gyron has leased a 30,000-square-foot building at the Slough Trading Estate. The data center service provider, which is looking to expand its footprint in the UK, has leased the building from SEGRO for 20 years.

The company will occupy the Ajax Avenue structure that was built as part of SEGRO's speculative building initiative started in 2011 on the Slough Trading Estate. This is the second transaction Gyron and SEGRO have signed in the past 12 months. For the full story, go to PropertyMall .
