NEW YORK CITY-Zeil Feldman's HFZ Capital has closed on the acquisition of the office structure at 11 Beach St. in Tribeca. The 10-story L-shaped office building, which also has 30-32 Varick St. as its address, overlooks St. John's Lane.
The Art Institute of New York primarily occupies the 125,000-square-foot building. HFZ Capital is planning to renovate the building into loft-style apartments. Leonard Kahn and Prince Realty Advisors sold the Tribeca property. For the full story, go to New York Post .
