PHILADELPHIA–Pennrose, a developer and manager of multifamily communities for 38 years, has restructured to provide both kinds of service under a single brand, for both conventional as well as affordable properties.

Announcing a campaign called “We Bring It All Together,” company executives tell GlobeSt.com that Pennrose is also moving to expand its portfolio in the conventional market.

“We’ve been around a long, long time, and Pennrose is well-known as an affordable housing developer, and as proven management for conventional properties,” says Mark H. Dambly, president of Pennrose. “Now, we become more unified and at the same time, we are expanding.”

Pennrose has worked on projects as diverse as the Vue in New Brunswick, NJ, a $150 million multi-use tower in the downtown transit district, and Saint Luke’s Manor, a former Cleveland hospital turned affordable senior-living residences It currently operates both conventional and affordable communities throughout Pennsylvania, New Jersey, Ohio, Maryland, Alabama and Tennessee.

Now, after a three-year effort and considerable investment, Dambly and Robert Lampher, president of the Pennrose management team said the company has positioned itself to handle any type of project from start-to-finish and provide long-term management. “We have the right people and systems in place to truly become the industry’s single-source solution,” says Dambly.

Pennrose’s new management team includes professionals with background and experience in commercial real estate and construction – and the “best in breed” in property management, says Dambly. Pennrose also invested in new technology, says Lampher, in order to create an asset management department, add emerging trends analysis, and enhance accounting services.

“Our new united front, along with the enriched client offerings will deliver more value than ever before to both conventional and affordable properties and clients,” says Dambly.
