EDISON, NJ–CBRE has won an exclusive 880,000-square-foot leasing assignment for three MetroPark buildings: 379, 399, and 499 Thornall Street in Edison. The buildings, owned by Alfieri, offer the only block of 100,000 square feet in Metropark and can accommodate users as small as 2,000 square feet.

CBRE’s leasing team for the assignment includes Joseph Sarno, Jeremy Neuer, Peter Shikar, and Joseph Lombardi.

“The vacancy rate in MetroPark has dropped over seven full percentage points in the last five quarters, leading to a tightening market and rising rental rates,” says Neuer. “We are excited to work with Alfieri to capture the momentum and continue to fill the building with quality, long-term tenants.”

The 379 and 399 Thornall buildings include a cafeteria, covered parking, an atrium lobby, 24-hour security, and a sundry shop. Amenities at 499 Thornall include a fitness center and tenant lounge, in addition to a cafeteria and a renovated lobby. The 499 building has the largest available block of contiguous space in MetroPark. Alfieri plans to announce improvements to the building shortly.

The properties are within walking distance of MetroPark Train Station. The location offers nearby access to the Garden State Parkway, New Jersey Turnpike, and Routes 1, 9, 27, 287, and 440.
