LONDON-Alaska Group has submitted plans for a warehouse development on a Poyle Road site, opposite the 350-room Hilton Hotel in Poyle, Colnbrook. The company has submitted the outline planning application to Hounslow Council for the 46,608-square-foot warehouse with 7,484 square feet of ancillary offices.
The site is located near Heathrow airport. Jones Lang LaSalle has been selected as leasing/sale agent for the property. The GBP 8-million project is expected to be completed in summer 2013. For the full story, go to Europe Real Estate .
