NEW YORK CITY-The retail at the base of the Gotham Organization-developed Atlas New York is now available for lease, GlobeSt.com has confirmed. Brokerage firm Winick Realty Group LLC is marketing 1018 Sixth Avenue, a 3,000-square-foot space located on the southeast corner of Sixth Avenue and West 38th Street – a site with high visibility in a heavily-tourist trafficked area.

“It is an opportunity to get a substantial corner between Bryant Park and Herald Square,” Lee Block, associate director at Winick, tells GlobeSt.com, who is exclusively marketing the property with Winick colleague Aaron S. Fishbein on behalf of ownership 1014 6th Avenue Realty Corp. “You are catering to both neighborhoods and there is no other space like it available.”

The space, located at the bottom of the 400,000-square-foot, 374-unit mixed-use residential tower, is open to dry use retailers and financial institutions that can benefit from the increased foot traffic from tourist attractions, office workers and building tenants.
