GLASGOW, UK-A fund operated by Scottish Widows Investment Partnership has acquired the freehold of 78-92 Argyle Street from Redevco UK. The Glasgow property changed hands for GBP 14,180,000.
The property is leased to Footlocker, Carphone Warehouse and Santander. It was sold following recent lease deals signed with Footlocker and Carphone Warehouse.
