City of New York Re-Ups at 75 Park Place

NEW YORK CITY-The city’s office of management and budget, office of the actuary and department of information and technology has signed a long-term renewal lease for 207,812 square feet.

NEW YORK CITY-In another vote of support for Lower Manhattan, the City of New York has signed a long-term renewal lease for 207,812 square feet inside Jack Resnick & Sons’ 14-story Downtown office tower, 75 Park Place, GlobeSt.com has confirmed.

Under the terms of the deal, three city agencies, including the Office of Management and Budget, the Office of Actuary and the Department of Information, Technology and Telecommunications, will stay put on floors 6 through 9 for a 15-year term, according to a spokesperson for the ownership.
