ORLANDO-The Orlando Sentinel reported that Michigan-based Alidade Star Tower LLC has acquired 48 units in Star Tower, a 100-unit condominium property in downtown Orlando. Last week, the company paid $11.8 million to purchase the condo units in the 18-story tower.

The Sentinel reported that the deal also comprised a 2,930-square-foot retail space on the ground floor. Jay Ballard from Cushman & Wakefield' Orlando office is overseeing the property and he said that Sentinel Alidade Star Tower LLC is planning to stabilize the property.
