REDONDO BEACH, CA-City Launches RFQ for 15 Acres of Oceanfront Land

The move is a major milestone in the city’s waterfront revitalization project and is intended to attract developers with a shared vision, experience and in-place capital, the assistant city manager and mayor tell GlobeSt.com.

City officials, which have regained leaseholds from four different owners for this project, envision the future development to include restaurants, shops and open space for outdoor recreational activities such as watersports and concerts.
