LONDON-Henderson Global Investors has obtained approval for Charterhouse Place, a major office development at 2 Farringdon Road in London. The company revised its original plan for the former Caxton House site after Crossrail acquired part of the site.

The revised scheme plans were unanimously approved by Islington Planning Committee. The proposed plans call for a nine-story tower with 165,764 square feet of office space and 15,069 square feet of ground-floor retail space.
