ANN ARBOR, MI—The student housing sector just got a little more crowded. McKinley, a developer and manager of residential housing, has officially entered the market with the creation of its Purpose Built Student Housing platform. The locally based firm has hired Therese Cochran to lead the new initiative as director of student housing services.
In making the announcement, Albert Berriz, CEO of McKinley, said the new platform is a “natural enhancement to our core apartment business.”
