ROLLING MEADOWS, IL-Capital One Financial Corp. has signed a lease for 150,000 square feet of office space in the Atrium Corporate Center, a 483,000-square-foot property at 3800 Golf Road in Rolling Meadows. The three-story building is owned by San Francisco-based Spear Street Capital.

The new lease has boosted the occupancy rate in the building to nearly 100%. Susan Rosen of Cushman & Wakefield Inc. represented Capital One and Mark Smith from CB Richard Ellis Inc.'s Schaumburg office represented Spear Street in the deal. For the full story, go to Crain's Chicago Business .
