NEW YORK CITY-The owners of a new gallery, temporarily called LBBI, have leased 1,000 square feet at 334 Broome St. for five years. The gallery will replace a construction company on the ground floor of the Pat Jen Realty Corp.-owned building.

Asking rent for the lease was $54 per square foot. LBBI is planned to open in September. Buchbinder & Warren Realty's Annie Yao represented the tenant and W.L. Yee & Co.'s Edmund Yee represented the landlord in the lease negotiations. For the full story, go to Crain's New York Business .
