ASHBURN, VA-The Leesburg Today reported that a continuing care facility in Ashburn is in its early planning stages. Singh Development LLC is planning to build the 260,000-square-foot facility on 14.9 acres of land.
The new facility, called Waltonwood Ashburn, will be a congregate care facility. It will comprise assisted, independent and memory care living units. This assisted-care facility is first-of-its-kind in the Ashburn area. The project is slated to be finished in fall 2015. For the full story, go to Washington Business Journal .
