CAMBRIDGE, MA-BitSight Technologies, Mineral Tree and Clark, Hunt, Ahern & Embry have signed lease deals totaling more than 24,000 square feet of office space at 125 & 150 Cambridge Park Drive. The Cambridge Park Drive buildings comprise a 460,000-square-foot campus on a 16-acre parcel.
Details of the deal were not revealed. T3 Advisors represented Mineral Tree and BitSight, while CB Richard Ellis represented Clark, Hunt, Ahern & Embry. CB Richard Ellis/N.E. negotiated the deals on behalf of landlord Equity Office. For the full story, go to Boston Business Journal .
