MIAMI—Blanca Commercial Real Estate has been filling up office buildings over the past three years. Now the firm is adding more staff to tap into the next wave of opportunities. Blanca added Alison Pages as executive vice president.

Pages brings more than 20 year of market experience to Blanca, closing 1.5 million square feet of space in deals worth more than $250 million during her career. She previously specialized in office and medical leasing at Colliers International South Florida, where she served as a senior vice president. Colliers was not immediately available for comment.

“The addition of Alison is consistent with Blanca Commercial Real Estate’s commitment to drawing experienced professionals who contribute to our firm’s culture of delivering access and outstanding service to our clients,” Tere Blanca, president and CEO of Blanca Commercial Real Estate, said in a statement. “Alison’s skill set and far-reaching relationships in South Florida and beyond make her a great asset to our existing clients and our firm’s continued growth.”
