ANAHEIM, CA-Kennedy Wilson has picked up Stadium Gateway, a Class A office building measuring 273,000 square feet in Anaheim, for $56 million. The company purchased the property from joint venture partners Beacon Capital Partners LLC and MPG Office Trust Inc. at a significant discount.
MPG paid $71.1 million for the building in 2005. The six-story office building, opened in 2002, is 70% leased. It is located at 1900 State College Blvd. near Angel Stadium. For the full story, go to Commercial Property Executive .
