LONDON-The Crown Estate has purchased the freehold interest in BAFTA's headquarters building at Princes House in St James's. The company acquired the 81,000-square-foot property from Aviva Investors for GBP 87 million.

Princes House is situated on Piccadilly and Jermyn Street and it has impressive occupiers including Princes Arcade and BAFTA. The Crown Estate was advised on the transaction by Burges Salmon, Cushman and Wakefield and Cluttons. For the full story, go to PropertyMall .
