HAMILTON, NJ–CBRE has been named as the exclusive leasing agent for American Metro Center, a four-building 487,000-square-foot office complex in Hamilton. There is currently 60,000 square feet available at the office center.

CBRE’s team, based in its East Brunswick office, includes Matthew Saker, a senior vice-president, and Adam Englander and Wesley Moore. American Metro Center is owned by AMC Princeton Holdings /Meritage Properties.

The renovated historic property – formerly the home of American Standard Manufacturing – is connected by its own footbridge to the Hamilton Train Station, which is on the Northeast Corridor line. The buildings have terracotta tile exteriors, mosaic design features, exposed brick walls and replica factory windows.

“This is a unique office space for this marketplace, blending historical and modern touches,” says Saker. “Most units have features such as skylights and high ceilings. We anticipate the availability will appeal to any number of high-caliber businesses.”

The property recently earned an Energy Star designation. It offers a full-service cafeteria, fitness center, shared conference facility and is managed on-site.

The complex is located at 100-300 American Metro Boulevard, directly off I-295/95, at the southern end of the Princeton/Route 1 corridor.

Current tenants include Rosetta, Structure Tone, Baker, Consolidated Services Group, ESPN, Maser Consulting, and Euro RSCG.
