LONDON-Wainbridge Holdings has leased more than 45,000 square feet of office space at No. 1 Croydon in South London. The 23-story office building, which provides more than 160,000 square feet of space, recently secured AIG, AON, Dot Mailer, HCL and Pegasus Solutions as tenants.
The new tenants will pay GBP 21.50 per square foot as rent. Wainbridge acquired the property in October 2010 on behalf of its real estate fund Wainbridge Global Opportunities London Limited. For the full story, go to PropertyMall .
