GRAPEVINE, TX-Big Lots has signed a lease for 30,390 square feet of space at Grapevine Towne Center. The retail company is planning to open a new upscale prototype store at the shopping center.
The new store, which is expected to open in November, will feature new signage, improved merchandise presentations, wider aisles and better lighting. Karen Mitchell from Woodmont represented the tenant, while Earl Harris and Michelle Caplan from The Weitzman Group negotiated the deal for the shopping center.
