NEW YORK CITY-Amerigroup Corp. has inked a 165,000-square-foot lease at 14 Wall Street to consolidate its operations. The asking rent for the lease was in the mid-$30s per square foot. The company will take the 11th, 12th, 14th, 21st and 22nd floors of the building and will have additional signage. CBRE's Evan Haskell, Jonathan Cope, Brad Gerla and Howard Fiddle negotiated the deal for the owner.
