ARLINGTON, VA-Arlington County Board has approved The JBG Cos.'s plan for the Rosslyn Gateway project in Arlington. The proposed plan will replace two office buildings on a 2.2-acre parcel at 1911 and 1901 Fort Myer Drive with 1 million square feet of residential, office and retail development.

Rosslyn Gateway will comprise a 25-story building with residential units and hotel rooms, a 20-story residential building and a 25-story office building. JCG Urban LLC is the owner of the Fort Myer Drive site. For the full story, go to Washington Business Journal .
