Phillips Edison to Put $100M into Kenwood Towne Place

CINCINNATI-Phillips Edison & Co. is spending more $100 million to complete the development of Kenwood Towne Place, one of the largest mixed-use projects in Greater Cincinnati.

CINCINNATI-Phillips Edison & Co. is spending more $100 million to complete the development of Kenwood Towne Place, one of the largest mixed-use projects in Greater Cincinnati. An affiliate of Phillips Edison has agreed to purchase the 500,000-square-foot project adjacent to Kenwood Towne Centre.

The Kenwood Towne Place project was proposed with an eight-story office building atop the ground level retail section. Construction is expected to start some time this fall. For the full story, go to Business Courier Serving Greater Cincinnati .
