WASHINGTON, DC-Potomac Development Corp., a commercial real estate development company based in Washington, DC, has sold 900 2nd St. NE for $30.5 million. The four-story building, formerly called the Railway Express Building, comprises 115,394 square feet of office space and is located at the junction of the H Street Corridor and the NoMa submarket.

The buyer was not revealed. The building was constructed in 1908 and renovated in 1989. Amtrak is the largest tenant. Cassidy Turley negotiated the deal for the seller. For the full story, go to Washington Business Journal .
