CARDIFF, UK-The Topland Group has acquired the Capital Tower, a 190,000-square-foot building in Cardiff, from DTZ Investment Management. The company paid GBP 12.35 million for the tallest building in Wales.

The Capital Tower is 94% leased to tenants such as Admiral Insurance, Hilton Hotels, the Law Society, the government and Tiger Tiger. Powell Lloyd acted for Topland and DTZ acted on behalf of DTZ Investment Management. For the full story, go to Europe Real Estate .
