MILWAUKEE-Ryan Cos. US Inc. plans to open an office here as the firm’s official Wisconsin location. The company has done projects in the area for 15 years, from its Chicago-area office, but this will be the first location in the state for the development company.
The company currently has offices in six states, including Minnesota, Illinois, Iowa, Arizona, California and Florida. Ryan also hired Ryan Marks to lead the office as managing director. He was most recently vice president of finance and investments with Irgens Development Partners, also based here.
The company has two projects under construction in the area – the 145,000-square-foot Froedtert Health Medical Group – Menomonee Falls Clinic, and the 175,000-square-foot Underwood Crossing, a retail property anchored by Target in Brookfield, WI.
