SCOTTSDALE, AZ-A real estate firm based in Dallas has acquired a CVS and Safeway-anchored retail center in North Scottsdale. Crow Holdings Capital Partners LLC paid $38 million to Simsbury, Connecticut-based Hart Realty Advisers for Scottsdale Horizon, a 154,700-square-foot shopping center.

The center is located at the southwest corner of Thompson Peak Parkway and Frank Lloyd Wright Boulevard. Cameron Warren and Torrey Briegel from Phoenix Commercial Advisors in Phoenix assisted Hart Realty in the sale. Cassidy Turley BRE Commercial helped broker the deal.
