Bank Extends its Lease in BBW Burohaus Bockenheimer Warte

FRANKFURT-PAMERA Asset Management GmbH has signed a lease extension deal with Deutsche WertpapierService Bank AG ('dwpbank') for approximately 247,569 square feet of space in BBW Burohaus Bockenheimer Warte in Frankfurt's Bockenheim district.

FRANKFURT-PAMERA Asset Management GmbH has signed a lease extension deal with Deutsche WertpapierService Bank AG (‘dwpbank’) for approximately 247,569 square feet of space in BBW Burohaus Bockenheimer Warte in Frankfurt’s Bockenheim district. The bank has extended its lease in the office complex at Wildunger Strasse 14 to 2026.

The 376,736-square-foot office complex, constructed in 1998, contains two buildings and 350 car-parking spaces. The larger building is fully occupied by dwpbank and Nomura. For the full story, go to Europe Real Estate .
