MEMPHIS-Dallas-based Hillwood Investment Properties has purchased a portfolio of five industrial buildings totaling 1.6 million square feet in a distribution park in Memphis in a joint venture partnership with Brookfield Asset Management. The five buildings are situated in the Southpark Distribution Center.

The facilities, ranging from 111,250 to 474,000 square feet, have various sizes of space available for local, regional and national tenants. Hillwood has expanded its presence in Memphis with the new acquisition. For the full story, go to Dallas Business Journal .
