NEW YORK CITY-Laurence Gluck and Stellar Management have sold an apartment building in the Bronx for $14 million. The residential landlord and his company have sold Stevenson Towers, a six-story building at 831 Bartholdi St., to a private investor.
The 128,000-square-foot multifamily property comprises 80 market-rate units and 42 affordable housing units. It was sold for $114,750 per unit.
