BUFFALO-Proposals for two apartment projects will be presented before the Amherst Planning Board when the board meets in the Amherst Town Hall on August 16. Ignazio Napoli has proposed a 9-unit apartment building at the southeast corner of Youngs and Maple roads and Zaepfel Development has proposed an 18-unit apartment building at 1690 Wehrle Drive.
