MIAMI-Oleta Partners and the city of North Miami have finalized deals to transform 190 acres of land at 15045 Biscayne Blvd. into a destination that will comprise residences, offices and retail. Oleta Partners, which includes the LeFrak Organization and Swerdlow Group, paid over $17 million in back taxes, rent and other charges to the city.

The Biscayne Landing site is a large undeveloped land in Miami-Dade County. The project will initially have an 850,000-square-foot retail center. For the full story, go to South Florida Business Journal .
