NEW YORK CITY-Mainstream Swimsuits Inc. has leased 10,100 square feet of space at 1441 Broadway. The company will occupy nearly half of the eighth-floor space at the 1.1-million-square-foot building situated between West 41st and West 40th streets.
Asking rent was $45 per square foot. Mainstream will move into the new location at the end of this year.
