WASHINGTON, DC-MRP Realty has commenced site work on an apartment complex in Northeast DC. The first phase of MRP Realty's Washington Gateway development in NoMa will include three structures and approximately 1 million square feet of office, retail and residential space.

Crews have started clearing the area at 100 Florida Ave. NE to make way for the 400-unit Washington Gateway Apartments. The developer is also planning to build a 200,000-square-foot office structure and a 400,000-square-foot office structure at Washington Gateway.
