BOSTON-As part of Quincy Center’s redesign and modernization, a new office and medical office space is to be leased by Jones Lang LaSalle. He further described the development as “vibrant” and that the completed project will greatly contribute to making the "City of Quincy truly a 24-hour city.”

The new Quincy Center will be sustainably designed and cover a total of 3.5 million square feet of mixed use space. The area will include offices in five buildings, approximately 700,000 square feet of retail space, two new hotels, 1,400 residential units and new parking garages with 5,000 spaces. The space will be anchored by an open public space, which will be called Adams Green. Groundbreaking is scheduled to start in 2013.
