Peak Campus Lands Two New Management Gigs

ATLANTA—Peak Campus Management has landed significant contracts to manage student housing properties in Los Angeles and Baton Rouge, LA. With these new assignments, the locally based company adds nearly 4,000 beds to its 26,000-bed portfolio.

In Los Angeles, Peak Campus will manage the Lorenzo apartments, which will serve students attending the University of Southern California. Currently under way, the community will ultimately have 6,348 beds in 913 units. The first phase will deliver nearly 2,000 beds next summer and the balance will debut in the summer of 2014. Privately owned and managed by G.H. Palmer Associates, the property is part of the luxury Renaissance collection.
