Stratus Unloads Eight Land Tracts in Austin for $16M

AUSTIN, TX-Stratus Properties Inc., an Austin-based developer, has sold eight undeveloped land parcels totaling 154 acres in a mixed-use development in Austin for $15.8 million to an affiliate of The Lionstone Group, Greenfield Properties and Lincoln Property Group.

AUSTIN, TX-Stratus Properties Inc., an Austin-based developer, has sold eight undeveloped land parcels totaling 154 acres in a mixed-use development in Austin for $15.8 million to an affiliate of The Lionstone Group, Greenfield Properties and Lincoln Property Group. The tracts at Lantana have capacity for over 1.1 million square feet of office space.

Stratus bought the 738 acres for $4.1 million in January 1994 and has sold the assets at the Lantana site for a total amount of approximately $100 million. For the full story, go to Commercial Property Executive .
