NORTH RICHLAND HILLS, TX-Floor and Decor Outlets of America Inc. of Atlanta is planning to open a large retail store in North Richland Hills. The company has leased the retail site, which was earlier occupied by Wal-Mart, from BH Properties.
Floor and Decor Outlets is planning to open the 89,282-square-foot store at 6801 NE Loop 820 in early 2013. Daniel Taylor and Jeff Kittleson of CBRE represented the tenant, while The Weitzman Group's Greg McDonald represented the owner in the lease transaction.
