MILLIS, MA-Universal Management, based in Newton, has acquired Stone Brook Village situated on Main Street in Millis from John M. Corcoran & Co. for $21 million. This garden-style apartment community, built in 1974, sits on 29 acres of land.

Previously, the 202-unit community was sold for $10.5 million in 2003. The community includes nine garden-style buildings with three stories each. The unit mix consists of 112 two-bedroom and 90 one-bedroom apartments. The seller was represented by CB Richard Ellis, which also procured the buyer.
