NEWTON, MA-BH Normandy, a real estate developer, is planning to construct three new buildings beside the Riverside MBTA station in Newton. The new buildings, which will be constructed at 327 Grove St., will include 331,000 square feet of apartment units, 225,000 square feet of office space, 20,000 square feet of retail space and an 8,000-square-foot community space.
