BOSTON-HFF arranged $80 million of financing for three class A office properties located just outside of Boston. The office buildings are inter-connected and situated at the Reservoir Woods West Campus in Waltham, Massachusetts. In total, the office properties span 458,166 square feet and are on Winter Street, directly off of Route 128/Interstate 95 in Waltham. The buildings are also 100% leased to six tenants which include Fresenius Medical Care and PerkinElmer. The portfolio in question here was fully renovated back in 2006.

Area amenities include HealthPoint Wellness Center and shuttle service to the MBTA Red Line at Alewife Station in Cambridge.

An affiliate of Davis Marcus Partners was the borrower in this deal. HFF helped the company secure the seven-year, fixed-rate loan through MetLife Real Estate Investments, according to an HFF release.
