BURLINGTON, MA-The Davis Cos. of Boston has sold a pair of office buildings in Burlington for $54 million to an institutional investment fund. The company acquired One and Three Burlington Woods at a foreclosure auction in 2010 from GE Capital.

After buying, Davis spent $3 million to renovate the buildings and closed lease deals totaling nearly 113,000 square feet. Most recently, New England Association of Schools and Colleges inked an 11-year lease at Three Burlington Woods. The two buildings are currently 97% leased.
