NEW YORK CITY-Shufro, Rose & Co. has signed a five-year lease renewal agreement for 10,400 square feet of office space at 745 Fifth Ave. The company will occupy the entire 26th-floor space at the building located between East 58th and East 57th streets.
Asking rent for this transaction was nearly $105 per square foot. The tenant was represented by Rob Martin and Matthew Felice from Jones Lang LaSalle, while Paramount Group Inc., the landlord of the property, was self-represented in this deal. For the full story, go to Crain's New York Business .
