DORAL, FL-Victoria's Secret Stores has signed a five-year lease for 16,460 square feet of space at Beacon at 97th Avenue Business Park in Doral.

DORAL, FL-Victoria’s Secret Stores has signed a five-year lease for 16,460 square feet of space at Beacon at 97th Avenue Business Park in Doral. The Ohio-based company has leased the space for a distribution center. The business park, located at 2100 N.W. 97th Ave., is owned by KTR Capital Partners.

In the lease transaction, the tenant was represented by Ron Berger of CBRE, while the landlord was represented by Brian Smith and Audley Bosch of Cushman & Wakefield. For the full story, go to South Florida Business Journal .
