BILLERICA, MA-The Nashoba Learning Group has leased 16,901 square feet of space 170 Lexington Road in Billerica for 11 years. The Lexington Road property, owned by CrossHarbor Capital Partners, will house Nashoba's Adult Day Program, which is expected to be opened next year.
Financial details of the deal were not revealed. Commercial real estate services company Avison Young represented the tenant and Jones Lang LaSalle represented the landlord in the lease transaction. For the full story, go to Boston Business Journal .
